We stand behind KÖVX with our 90-Day Empty Bottle Promise. If you're not satisfied with your results for any reason, you're covered by our full refund guarantee under the terms below.

Our Guarantee

Try KÖVX every day for up to 90 days from the date of delivery. If your mornings aren't easier, your joints aren't calmer, or your body isn't responding the way you hoped, contact our support team within 90 days of delivery to request a full refund of the purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

Email our customer support team at [shopkovx@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for your refund request. A real person will respond within one business day.

You do not need to return the bottle. You can keep or discard the product. We do not require you to ship anything back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

What's Covered

The 90-Day Empty Bottle Promise applies to your first order of any KÖVX product. Refunds cover the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What's Not Covered

Refund requests submitted after 90 days from the date of delivery cannot be processed.

Subsequent orders on the same customer account are eligible for a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, not the full 90-day protocol guarantee.

Bulk orders, wholesale orders, and orders placed through third-party retailers (such as Amazon) are subject to those retailers' respective return policies.

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time. Unshipped subscription orders will not be charged; already-shipped subscription orders are eligible for the 30-day satisfaction window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled and refunded in full if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the standard refund policy applies.
